Simple Baobab Veggie Stir-fry and Fried Egg

Ingredients:

A few Cabbage leaves

1/2 bundle of Chinese Broccoli

1/2 teaspoon of Olive Oil

1/8 teaspoon Sea salt

Sprinkle of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder

Dash of black pepper and black sesame seeds

1 large egg

 

Directions:

  1. Cut up the green cabbage and Chinese broccoli.
  2. Oil pan, add sea salt and stir fry with olive oil.
  3. Plate the vegetables and sprinkle powbab® baobab fruit powder on top.
  4. Add a little olive oil to pan and fry egg.
  5. Add salt and pepper for taste plus some black sesame seeds for garnish.
