This is one of our ultimate fruity smoothies that pack in antioxidants, omega-3s, protein, and tastiness all in one cup. Easy to make and really enjoyable as a breakfast smoothie or a mid afternoon healthy treat (this has become one of our cravings). Packed with nutrition from baobab superfruit (antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber), chia seeds (omega-3s and protein), antioxidant rich blueberries, immune boosting honey. Winner all around.


1 cup wild organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana

1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (1 teaspoons dry unsoaked)

4 teaspoons of powbab® organic & fair trade baobab fruit powder

1 cup milk (prefer pasture-fed whole milk or almond milk)

1 teaspoon honey (prefer local)


What to do:

1) Soak the chia seeds, place in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons water for every tablespoon of chia seeds. Place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

2) Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute at high speed. If you desire a smoothie that is more icy cold, use frozen blueberries.
