Ingredients:
1 cup wild organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (1 teaspoons dry unsoaked)
4 teaspoons of powbab® organic & fair trade baobab fruit powder
1 cup milk (prefer pasture-fed whole milk or almond milk)
1 teaspoon honey (prefer local)
What to do:
1) Soak the chia seeds, place in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons water for every tablespoon of chia seeds. Place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
2) Add the remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute at high speed. If you desire a smoothie that is more icy cold, use frozen blueberries.
