3 midsize tomatoes (garden grown shown here)
1 Avocado 🥑
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper, and seasoning (optional)
Sprinkle powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder on top
Combine ingredients, mix together, and sprinkle the powbab baobab powder on top. Served in the empty avocado skin halves for the 'boat' and ergonomic bowl (we think outside the box!). Done. Serve and enjoy!
