• Creamy Hazelnut Chocolate Chia Pudding (No Added Sugar)

Rich like dessert — nourishing like breakfast. Most people don’t realize hazelnut paste makes an incredible base for chia pudding — it gives creaminess and flavor without dairy, added sugar, or nut milks.

 

Creamy Hazelnut Chocolate Chia Pudding (No Added Sugar)

 

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 3 tbsp powbab® Hazelnut Paste
  • 1 cup milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk hazelnut paste, milk, cacao, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup (if using) until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds. Let sit 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve topped with fresh berries, sliced banana, or a drizzle of hazelnut paste.
