• Baobab Chia Porridge Bowl

A nice alternative to oatmeal in the morning, go with this delightful baobab chia porridge bowl for a fresh start to your day!  Thanks to @sealeigh for the cool concept!

 

Baobab Chia Porridge Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk

3 tablespoons of chia seeds (soaked overnight in almond milk)

A drizzle of agave syrup

A couple drops of vanilla extract

 

Toppings:

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 banana sliced

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

Dash of cinnamon

2 teaspoons of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder

Mixed nuts and seeds for mix-in

 

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients for porridge base together, mix and set in a container overnight. Next day, pour porridge mixture into bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
