• Egg & Vegetables with Baobab

Go simple and healthy with this recipe. Sometimes simple is better. Perfect for a morning start or a mid day snack, this combination will delight the eyes and your need for dark leaf vegetables and fiber from our powbab® baobab fruit powder.


Egg & Vegetables with Baobab



1 egg

1 teaspoon of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder (sprinkled on)

1 Bunch of Chinese broccoli

1-2 leaves of cabbage, cut

1 1/2 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Garnish with black sesame seeds




  1. Cut chinese broccoli into sections and cabbage into strips. Oil pan on medium to high heat. Saute with salt. 5-7 minutes until tender. Place on plate.
  2. Fry egg on pan or skillet, and put on plate.
  3. Dash black pepper on egg.
  4. Sprinkle sauteed vegetables with powbab® baobab powder and black sesame seeds, and enjoy!
