Go for a fun and fruity oatmeal bowl in the morning with this recipe that has fun color and nutrition. Powered by our powbab® baobab fruit powder and topped with fruits, a perfect start to the morning. Thanks to @eating_peanut_better for this creative recipe fun!

 

Fruity Baobab Oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder

3/4 cups of rolled oats cooked in coconut milk (or milk of your choosing)

Banana cream protein powder

Chopped mango chunks, frozen

Frozen strawberries

1 sliced black plum

Chocolate coconut peanut butter

Baked coconut chips

 

Directions:

Soak 3/4 cups of rolled oats in coconut milk (or milk of your choosing) for 20 minutes. Then cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add in baobab powder, protein powder and mix. Top with the other ingredients and serve.
