• Healthy Baobab Cookie Dough

Love cookie dough? Try this healthy baobab cookie dough recipe that adds powbab® baobab superfruit powder for added fiber! This is perfect for a sweet treat that won't take you off the healthy eating bandwagon, but will hit home if you are craving something from childhood. Monk fruit sweetener also lowers sugar content, so extra points. We love marlissatutaj for her recipe and creativity!

 

Healthy Baobab Cookie Dough

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of flour or almond flour

1 tbsp powbab® baobab superfruit powder

1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

5 tsp of oat fiber

2 tsp peanut flour

4 - 7 tbsp water

1 tbsp of oil

1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

 

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, powbab baobab, monk fruit sweetener oat fiber, and peanut flour in bowl.
  2. Add in oil, vanilla extract and 4 tablespoons of water. Stir. Continue to add water (1 tablespoon at a time), and stir until you reach desired cookie dough consistency.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy cookie dough!
