Nutball Recipe with Baobab

Ingredients:

1 cup wet almond pulp leftovers (comes from making homemade almond milk of 1 cup of almonds to 3 cups of water)

2 cups hazelnuts

2 cups dates pitted and soaked in water

1 tablespoon of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder

1/2 lemon juice & some zest

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process the ingredients until mixture is sticky.
  2. Beware of over processing because mixture may be hard to form into balls. If the paste is too soggy, add more baobab powder or nuts. If the mixture is too dry, add more soaked dates.
  3. Form into balls and enjoy!
