These raw nutballs are made from nut milk pulp leftover when you make your own homemade fresh nut milk. We use almonds for the nut milk here, but you can explore with other nuts as well. 1 cup wet almond pulp leftovers (comes from making homemade almond milk of 1 cup of almonds to 3 cups of water)
2 cups hazelnuts
2 cups dates pitted and soaked in water
1 tablespoon of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder
1/2 lemon juice & some zest
