Oatmeal Waffles with Baobab "Frosting" Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Plain oatmeal waffle (store bought or home made)

 

Toppings:

2 teaspoons of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder

2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt

Optional: maple syrup or honey for sweetener in 'frosting'

 

Almonds

Banana 🍌 slices

 

 

Directions:

  1. Start with a plain oatmeal waffle (store bought or home made). Heat up or make on waffle maker.
  2. Mix powbab baobab fruit powder with plain Greek yogurt (optional: maple syrup or honey for sweetener). Spread over waffle.
  3. Top with almonds and banana 🍌 slices and enjoy!
