• Tropical Chia Pudding Baobab Smoothie with Mango

Get tropical with this amazing chia pudding smoothie recipe that is sure to make you smile. Powered by our powbab® baobab fruit powder for antioxidant and electrolyte boost. Tropical Chia Pudding Baobab Smoothie with Mango


Homemade chia seed pudding:

1 cup of almond milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon


2 teaspoons of powbab® organic baobab superfruit powder
1 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder, plus more for dusting
Handful of spinach
1/3 cup of almond milk


Blueberry bottom:

1/2 cup of almond milk


Fresh mango, cut



  1. Make chia seed pudding first by mixing ingredients together and put in a bowl overnight.
  2. Next day, blend blueberries and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  3. Pour out into glass cup or bowl. Mix a portion of the chia pudding with the blueberry mixture. This will serve as your bottom color.
  4. Take remaining chia pudding and put in blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend together. Pour out as next main layer
  5. Top with fresh cut mango and dust with matcha powder. Enjoy!
