• Squash Tomato Egg in a Baobab Wrap

This meal, is a powbab wrap! We love making this exclusive powbab recipe: Sweet potato 🍠 BAOBAB wraps, and wrapped with sautéed squash and a tomato egg garlic combination that was so yum 😋. Organic baobab powder is easy and full of FIBER. The wraps can be made ahead, stored for days or store them in the freezer and reheat on the skillet for a quick meal.

 

Squash Tomato Egg in a Baobab Wrap Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Yellow and green squash (yellow squash, zucchini or grey squash)

Olive oil

4 eggs (free range)

1 medium sized tomatoes

Green onion

Sea salt

Black pepper

Sweet potato 🍠 Baobab Wrap Recipe

 

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the squash in pieces.
  2. Oil your skillet, and saute the squash.  Add salt for taste.  Remove from heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Set aside. Chop up tomatoes and green onion.
  4. Oil your skillet, and put green onion down with the chopped up tomatoes.  Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour egg and stir fry everything together.  Remove from heat.
  6. Assemble wrap with sauteed squash and tomato egg.  Serve and enjoy!
